Weekend Fun
Hello Llaget’s Friends,
This is just quick update. We have a busy weekend ahead of us. Here are two of the public locations where we will be drawing!
Saturday (May 19) we will be at Serenbe Farms at 9am! There will be organic farmers from throughout the state of Georgia and other arts, crafts, and entertainment. The address is 8457 Atlanta Newnan Road, Chattahoochee Hills, GA 30268. So come and join us!
Sunday we will be drawing at Ben’s Flea Market in Fayetteville, GA at 10am. This location is now a regular spot for Llaget’s Drawings. So come visit us every Sunday and check out other cool vendors!

For A Day… Superhero!
Hello Llaget’s Friends,
Llaget’s Drawings will be teaming up with the For a Day Foundation this Friday! The For a Day Foundation provides unique programs for pediatric cancer patients. This event for instance will be superhero themed, so I will be drawing children as ANY superhero they want and with ANY super powers they desire. I, along with other guests, will help these children going through cancer treatments become a superhero “for a day”!
Date: Friday; April 27, 2012
Time: 1- 4pm
Location: Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (1405 Clifton RD NE Atlanta, GA)
*Edit: Because of hospital regulations and security the event is a closed event. BUT, I encourage you all to check out The For a Day website for volunteer information and other ways you can help!*

Hello Llaget’s Family,
We have been doing a number of private parties lately, which have been the reason for the lack of updates. But with Spring here and Summer soon approaching, we can’t wait to share with you some of our upcoming events!
Llaget’s Drawings is, as of last month, officially ONE YEAR OLD! She’s growing beautifully! She’s crawling around the house, she knows a few words; she’s seen a few places. (They grow up SO fast!) Our goal is to reach as many people artistically as possible. We want to thank everyone out there for their love, support, and their business!
So there’s your small update. Expect to be hearing from me soon! Until then, spread the word; tell a friend, like us on Facebook, the whole nine!

Hello Llaget’s Family,
I would like to take a moment to congratulate a good friend of the Llaget’s Team, Dr. Brian L. Bolden. His new book, “You Just Don’t Understand Me!” Utilizing Differentiated Instructional Strategies to Reduce Classroom Discipline Challenges and Improve Student Achievement hit book stores everywhere last week. It was an honor to illustrate the book cover. I am definitely going to purchase a copy.

Oak Grove Elementary Holiday Celebration

Football!!!
Hello Llaget’s Friends,
Locust Grove High School is having their very first Homecoming Tailgate! There’s going to be a lot of fun stuff going on and we will be there drawing people from 4pm – 7pm before the big game! So come by and show your support for the Mighty Wildcats this Friday, October 28. Hope to see you there!

That was seriously amazing! To say we had a blast at AWA this year would be an understatement. I had so much fun drawing everyone in their costumes. It was a completely different attire than what I’m used to drawing so it keep things interesting (as you can see). I want to thank everyone who stopped by the Llaget’s Table. It was a pleasure and we can’t wait until next year!

Llaget’s AWA!!!
I know what you’re thinking… “AWA? Awesome Wolf Artist, right?”
Yes. Yes, you’re right. But the AWA I’m referring to in this context is the one and only infamous, Anime Weekend Atlanta! Anime Weekend Atlanta (AWA) is a three-day Japanese Animation and comics convention held annually in Atlanta, Georgia.
AWA will be held September 30th – October 2nd, 2011, at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel and Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, Georgia. The Llaget’s Drawings team will be there for all THREE days, drawing pictures on the spot!
As a first time con-goer, I’m super excited! Hope to see you there!
